Pet Requirements and Policies
Resident is responsible for the animal’s behavior and/or damage to both the interior of the apartment and the exterior common area.
-- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
-- Animals must not disturb the quiet enjoyment of other residents.
-- Resident must schedule a pet interview with the leasing office prior to move-in.
-- Any sign of aggression from the dog will not be accepted, regardless of the breed.
All dogs are allowed without any weight restrictions, except the following breeds:
¨ Doberman Pincher
¨ Rottweiler
¨ American Stafford Terrier
¨ Pit Bull
¨ Mastiff
¨ Chow Chow
-- Proof of current vaccinations is required with the vet’s contact information upon approval after the pet interview. Dogs must be leashed at all times when not confined to the apartment.
-- Resident(s) are responsible for picking up after pet immediately and disposing in the proper disposal areas.
-- There will be a $250.00 fee and a $250.00 deposit per pet maximum 2 pets per home.
