If you are looking for a family friendly community this is the place for you! I have lived here since March 2022 and love the family vibe here. This complex is within the boundary of some of the best elementary schools in the Portland area and our move here has allowed my kids to grow socially and academically. The management & maintenance team are friendly and very helpful, anytime I put in a request for maintenance the response is very quick as is the repair.

Just moved in one of the apartments here. So far so good. Clean, fresh air, next to the Bethany Village. We have been supported by Suzette. She has been fantastic from the very beginning and virtual tour to the warm welcome on arrival. Great communication and positive energy, thank you Suzette!

Brittany in the office is super nice and the maintenance guys are very helpful. My kids love going to the pool during the summer and it is great to be able to have a garage even while living in an apartment complex. South Parc is a great place to live. Good for kids and family's.

My roommate and I were urgently looking for a place to move into and when we saw the floor plan for the Large 2x2 with a garage, we instantly contacted South Parc. We are very thankful for Suzette for helping us with the process. She was always quick with responses and provided us such great service. South parc is also located in a convenient area so close to Bethany village and the neighborhood is safe and family friendly!!
